I’m trying to identify a toy that I received as a kid. It was roughly 1994 so everything is to the best of my knowledge. It was a 1 foot by 1 foot and sat on your lap, the bottom of it was yellow. It had a electronic joystick that you used to control a chain that pulled a truck around it. As you moved the joystick up and down, the chain pulled the truck clockwise or counterclockwise around it.
